Premises Accidents

The following is a sample of our computer simulations involving premises liability:

Trip on Mat

A lady, carrying a box of groceries, trip over a mat while exiting the store backwards.

Sparring Accident

Accident involving two sparring boxers. Plaintiff claims that the defendant threw a punch at him while the plaintiff was practicing taking shots on him. The defendant claims that the plaintiff's head hit his glove accidentally while he, the defendant, deflected a punch.

Casino Slip & Fall

Unsafe surface. A patron of the casinos was playing three machines at once. While he was reaching for the machine on his right, his right foot stepped on a loose cover plate on the ground. As the patron put his weight on the ball of his foot, the plate slipped back, causing him to lose his balance and fall forward.

Boating Accident

A pontoon boat changes direction and heads directly for a jet skier. The jet skier is struck by the pontoon boat and sent underneath.

Golf Accident

Bad Golfer! A golfer badly sliced his shot and landed far from the fairway. Attempting to pass between two trees and return to the fairway, he badly sliced his shot again. The golf ball went through the wire fence and struck another golfer in the eye.
